Divan Restaurant

Food type/specialties: Within Istanbul’s select gastronomic map, Divan Restaurant ha a special place. For 51 years, located at Divan Hotel in Elmadağ, it has skillfully presented its clientele with examples from Turkish and world cuisines.
Just recently, we have brought a new aspect to this taste treasure that you will appreciate. We have moved our restaurant from the floor above the Lobby, down to the ground level, to an elegantly decorated, new setting.
Divan Restaurant’s menu has been expanded to include examples from Mediterranean cuisine, in addition to Turkish classical dishes.
The selection of wines offered from its cellars have also increased in parallel with the cuisine. Divan Restaurant invites you, your family, friends and colleagues to enjoy new culinary pleasures at lunches and dinners.

Divan Patisserie

Food type/specialties: In 1956, when the Divan Hotel opened, the residents of Istanbul were also introduced to Divan Patisserie and Divan Restaurant. Pastry and dessert chef, Mr. Kundert invited over from Switzerland’s Huguenin Patisserie joined forces with the talented and enthusiastic team at Divan to produce new, different, western flavors and surprises that Istanbul residents welcomed... the relay race that begun on that day still continues.
We have neither forgotten Mr. Kundert, nor put away his recipes, to the contrary, our relations and technical exchange of information with world renowned pastry chefs, together with our search for new tastes continues bringing a sweet smile to his and our Turkish colleagues’ faces... we are sure of that.
It was 8 years before Divan Patisserie’s loyal customers from Elmadağ were able to meet at another address. Erenköy, became our location on the other side of the Bosphorus. Today, we greet you at 18 locations and our numbers are increasing by the day.

Divan Pub
|
Food type/specialties: To call Divan Pub, an Istanbul Classic, would not be wrong, from the point of view of gourmets.
From 1968 onwards, for those wanting fast service from a rich and frequently changing menu selection of tasty dishes, Divan Pub has topped the list.
Divan Pub’s management, who give importance to presenting flavorful dishes in a contemporary atmosphere, are now even closer to their loyal customers. With the increasing numbers of Divan Pubs, not only in Istanbul, but in Ankara and Izmir too, there are now 11 Divan Pub locations.
Divan Pub adds new highlights to its rich menu each month, offering specialties of the day, dishes of the month and season’s flavors. Among Divan Pub’s new plans is to expand it’s presence as a Turkish brand by increasing the number of it’s locations, both in Istanbul and within Turkey.
