The complex is located on the Black Sea coast, 1.5 km away from Cagazi and 40 km from the centre of Istanbul. Basic local amenities can be found in the town centre, where there is also a bus stop. Built on a hillside over-looking the Black Sea, the complex consists of a main building with 2-floor bungalow type blocks built in terraces along the cliffside. It features a private beach across 3 bays with sunbeds and umbrellas provided. Additionally, there is a main restaurant and a la carte, a snack bar and for relaxation a sauna and Turkish bath.
